YES! While the basic concept - the Earth is warming - is straightforward, the effects and mechanisms are wide-ranging and complex. But we have the solutions already and it's not too late to turn things around and avoid the worst impacts
Yes - this is essential so the next generation have the tools they need to change our direction
Yes, we have for example a programme of insulation of public buildings budgeted and a requirement for new builds to use the highest standards
