Do you support the integration of climate change throughout every subject?
Yes. Our youth will be carrying on the flight for environmental sustainability after we will, so it's important that we give them the tools and knowledge to do so.
Do you support the teaching on solutions for climate change, as well as the causes and impacts?
Yes, depending on the credibility of those solutions. If those solutions are backed by the scientific community at large, then they are likely to be credible.
Do they support more training for all teachers around the climate crisis?
Yes, although I'm unaware of the level of training which already exists for teachers.
Do they support more money being spent to upgrade schools so they are carbon neutral?
Yes, and the Liberal Democrats 2024 manifesto commits to carbon neutrality, through initiatives just like this.
Do they support more green skills being taught in job-related education?
Yes, although I'm unaware of the level of these skills already being taught. I'm certainly open to finding out!
