Of course! The climate change clock is ticking faster than ever before. This needs urgent attention, and the life of our plant depends on it. I was indeed brough up on the teaching that one needs to respect the planet and all it hold to sustain our own lives.
Yes. Real education is to be not only excel in Maths or history but also life sciences and how to preserve life, and our planet. As a school kid, several years ago, I went on a class trip to a planetarium and the presentation on planet mars was an eye opener! Apparently, humans were doing so much damage to Earth through pollution, dumping waste material, fracking and what else that, according to the presentation, we were accelerating towards creating a second Mars right here on Earth with no signs of life here!
Yes. Only a well knowledgeable person on the subject is capable of teaching the subject or else what is the point!
Yes. It is helpful not only for the sake of the planet but also for the well-being of children.
Green skills not only conserves energy but is also cost effective! What more can one ask for in this Cost of Living Crisis! :)
