Yes 100% the world is changing and we need to incorporate different learning streams into the existing curriculum.
Yes 100% and who is to say that a new technology or process won't come from the mind of one of our students!
Yes all schools should be training their staff, including teachers on the facts and science of the climate and biodiversity crisis. Only by truly understanding the situation can we begin to fight for people and the planet.
Yes I believe that by creating a carbon neutral education system we will in the long run, not only reduce our emissions but also our overheads. School buildings have a large capacity for energy capture and we should exploit that opportunity fully.
Yes! Our economy is changing and we need to be ahead of the game. If we don't focus on green skills we are doing a disservice to current and future generations.
