Candidate's Responses

  1. Do you support the integration of climate change throughout every subject?

    Yes, where appropriate.
  2. Do you support the teaching on solutions for climate change, as well as the causes and impacts?

Yes, this is an existential crisis. We all need to play our part and be educated in how we can play our part.
  3. Do they support more training for all teachers around the climate crisis?

    Where appropriate to their discipline.
  4. Do they support more money being spent to upgrade schools so they are carbon neutral?

Yes, particularly where there are savings in energy costs to be made.
  5. Do they support more green skills being taught in job-related education?

100%. These are the jobs of the future. We need more vocational skills being taught to future generations and those in low carbon areas should be a priority.
